About us
Recovery done properly is good for everyone
Ghanaian businesses lose significant working capital to receivables that were never seriously pursued — and customers are too often pursued in ways that help nobody. We built Eniclic Recover to fix both problems at once.
Our mission
Make credit work by making repayment work
When receivables go unresolved, lenders tighten credit, prices rise, and the customers who need finance most are the first to be excluded. Recovery is therefore not just a collections function — it is part of keeping credit available.
Our approach is straightforward. Make the balance clear. Make payment easy. Make arrangements affordable. Escalate only where there is genuine capacity and persistent refusal. Record everything, so that both the creditor and the customer can rely on the same set of facts.
We combine technology with trained human case management. The platform handles scale, contact discipline and evidence; our officers handle judgement, negotiation and the conversations that require care.
Standards
How we hold ourselves to account
Contact hours, frequency limits and permitted channels are agreed in writing with each client and enforced by the platform, not left to individual discretion.
Officers are trained on ethical engagement, vulnerability handling and data protection, and their case activity is reviewed. Complaints are logged, investigated and reported.
Where a customer is in genuine hardship, our objective changes from recovering quickly to recovering sustainably — usually the better commercial outcome as well.
Values
Four principles that decide arguments
Debt is a financial problem, not a moral failing. Every customer is spoken to as a person with options.
If it is not recorded, it did not happen. Every contact, promise, payment and decision is documented.
Escalation is a last resort with criteria, not a pressure tactic applied by default.
Clients see the same case record we work from. Customers see exactly what they owe and why.
Transparency note
Where we are today
Eniclic Recover Ghana is an early-stage platform. Metrics shown across this site are illustrative demonstrations, not audited performance figures, and our regulatory position is confirmed directly with clients during onboarding.
Work with a recovery partner you can defend publicly.
