Eniclic Intelligence

Recovery and credit-risk analytics you can explain

Eniclic Intelligence is the analytics layer across the receivables lifecycle. It is not one generic credit score — it is three distinct products, each with a clear purpose, clear factors and clear limits.

Recovery Score

Predicts the likelihood of successfully resolving or recovering an existing account, so recovery effort goes where it will actually work — and customers who need an affordable arrangement are identified early rather than chased hard.

Example
86/ 100
High recovery probability
What it is notRecovery Score is an internal recovery prioritisation and risk indicator used on accounts already placed with Eniclic. It is not a national consumer credit score, it is not shared as a rating of any individual, and it is never published.
Debt age

How long the balance has been outstanding since the last payment.

Previous payment behaviour

Whether the customer has paid before, and how consistently.

Contact success

Whether we reach the customer, and through which channel.

Promise-to-pay history

Promises made against promises kept.

Payment-plan performance

Adherence to any arrangement already in place.

Dispute status

Whether the balance is contested and at what stage.

Outstanding balance

Size of the balance relative to affordability signals.

Credit Monitor

Monitors payment behaviour and account performance over time. Businesses see whether an account is improving or deteriorating; customers see the same picture of their own progress, in plain language.

  • Behaviour direction, not a public rating
  • Movement alerts when performance changes
  • Visible to the customer for their own account
  • Correction pathway if anything is wrong

Credit Score

A future wider credit-risk product designed to use authorised data sources and licensed credit-information partnerships where required. It is not available today and nothing in the platform should be treated as a credit score.

  • Eniclic does not operate a licensed credit bureau
  • No public blacklist, now or ever
  • No negative ratings about individuals are displayed publicly
  • A dispute and correction mechanism will ship with the product
Why it is gated

A wider credit score requires a lawful basis for processing, model documentation, fairness testing and the appropriate data partnerships and clearances. Until those are in place the interface exists but the product stays switched off.

Customer view

If you owe money, you should still be treated with respect

Customers can see their own account performance, request an affordable arrangement, and challenge anything that looks wrong. No individual is publicly rated, listed or shamed.
