Terms of use

These terms apply to this website and to the client and customer portals. Service delivery is governed by your separate service agreement.

Template terms for review. They must be confirmed by a qualified adviser before publication.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or a portal you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and security

Client accounts are provisioned by us and scoped to a single organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity carried out under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation or customer, probe or interfere with the platform's security, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harass any person. Access may be suspended where we reasonably suspect misuse.

4. Client data and instructions

Clients confirm that they are entitled to place accounts with us, that balances are lawfully due, and that customer data was collected in a way that permits our processing. Recovery activity is carried out within the mandate you set.

5. Payments

Payments made through the platform are applied to the referenced account. Where a payment is reversed, disputed or fails, the balance is reinstated. Arrangements remain subject to the original credit agreement unless varied in writing.

6. Illustrative content

Dashboards, scores, calculators and figures shown on the public website are demonstrations using illustrative data. They are not statements of achieved performance and must not be relied upon as advice or as a guarantee of recovery.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction.
