Sell a debt portfolio to Eniclic

Businesses and lenders can place eligible overdue accounts with Eniclic for recovery, or offer qualifying debt portfolios for sale. We assess portfolios, undertake due diligence, model expected recovery and — where appropriate and legally permitted — make an acquisition offer.

Acquisition process

Eight stages, each with a documented decision point

Nothing progresses to offer or assignment without diligence, a modelled recovery view and a legal position both sides are comfortable with.

  1. Stage 01Submit Portfolio
  2. Stage 02Due Diligence
  3. Stage 03Recovery Analysis
  4. Stage 04Portfolio Valuation
  5. Stage 05Offer
  6. Stage 06Legal Assignment
  7. Stage 07Acquisition
  8. Stage 08Recovery

What we assess

How a portfolio is valued

  • Ageing, balance bands, product mix and geographic spread
  • Contactability and quality of consent records
  • Prior recovery activity, payment behaviour and plan adherence
  • Documentation completeness and assignability
  • Modelled recovery curves and cash-flow timing
Prefer to keep ownership?

You can place accounts for recovery instead and retain the receivable, the customer relationship and full visibility of every action taken.

Place Debt for Recovery

Servicing or sale — decide with a modelled view, not face value.

Share portfolio-level information and we will come back with a diligence plan and an indicative recovery model.
