Debt Portfolio Acquisition
Businesses and lenders can place eligible overdue accounts with Eniclic for recovery or offer qualifying debt portfolios for sale. Eniclic can assess portfolios, undertake due diligence, model expected recovery and, where appropriate and legally permitted, make an acquisition offer.
Acquisition process
Submit → diligence → valuation → offer → assignment → recovery
Every stage has a documented decision point. Nothing progresses to offer or legal assignment without diligence and a modelled recovery view.
- Stage 01Submit Portfolio
- Stage 02Due Diligence
- Stage 03Recovery Analysis
- Stage 04Portfolio Valuation
- Stage 05Offer
- Stage 06Legal Assignment

Engagement path
Four phases, each with a decision point
You can stop after any phase. Nothing proceeds to structuring without a documented diagnostic and a legal position we are both comfortable with.
Portfolio diagnostic
Segmentation by ageing, balance band, product, region and contact quality, with a realistic view of how much of the book is genuinely contactable.
Recovery modelling
Expected recovery curves and cash-flow timing under pre-legal, field and legal scenarios, with sensitivity on contact rates and plan adherence.
Due diligence support
Documentation completeness, assignability, consent position and data-protection review before any transfer is contemplated.
Structuring
Servicing mandate, revenue share or selective acquisition of eligible receivables, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
What we need
A clean data room makes valuation faster
- Account-level ledger with balances and last payment dates
- Product terms, interest and charge history
- Contact data quality and consent records
- Prior recovery activity and outcomes
- Documentation status and assignability position
Offer a portfolio, or place it for recovery.
Submit portfolio-level information and we will respond with a diligence plan and an indicative recovery model.
